Using CSS but it doesn't seem to change the picture card

I am editing things in css but my picture card isn’t changing. I changed the shape of the rectangle picture to a small circle in html. I tried doing it in css but the codes I tried weren’t working. I’m making sure everything matches from css to html. I’m making sure that I use both open and close {} and that I’m using the ; afterward. Any ideas on why it isn’t changing anything? Yes, I hit the refresh button on the website. I have closed and opened the webpage as well. I put the css in here because I can’t post more than one picture.

/* Picturecard. */

.boxed{

height: 194px;

width: 344 px;

border-radius: 5%;

background-color: white;

border-color:black;

}

.image-circle{

width: 40px;

height: auto;

position:relative;

object-fit: cover;

border-radius: 50%;

}

THIS IS WHAT I HAD BEFORE I BOXED THEM TOGETHER
/* moving the title next to the picture*/

.card-title {

position: fixed;

left:45px;

top:-70px ;

color:#000;

size:22px;

}

/* move secondary text */

.secondary-text {

position: fixed;

left:-140;

top:-10px;

color: #232F34;

}

/*moving the card body text

.card-body-text {

position: fixed;

top:-100px;

left:-10px;

padding:16px;

color:#232F34;

size:11px;}

I need my title to move up and to the right of the profile picture.
I need the card-body-text to move up and to the right.

Hi Melissa,
I believe you changed the names of your html and css files, right?
When you did that, did you change the name of the stylesheet in the <head> section of the html file?

Make sure you are linking to the stylesheet correctly with the code:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="site.css">

Also, make sure you are saving both files, and then refreshing the page in the browser after saving (I know you are refreshing, just make sure you are also saving first).

Let me know if either of these tips help. If not, we can take a closer look at some other troubleshooting possibilities around the elements you’re applying the styles to.
