Requests that we run "bundle exec rspec --color"
On my machine this does nothing different from "bundle exec rspec"
I think because the dotfile config files set this to be always on anyway?
Thanks Simon you are totally right! We put the --color in there to remind people but the dotfiles script is written to copy over an .rspec file. This is used to set global or project level configurations for rspec.
I recommend making this even easier on yourself by aliasing the bundle exec rspec command in your .bashrc file. To do this, just add the following line. Use this as a template to alias more bash commands and become even more efficient with Terminal.
alias berspec='bundle exec rspec'
