HTML/ CSS Assessment Help

Greetings!

I completed the HTML/ CSS assessment, and unfortunately did not pass it. The feedback I received is as follows:
The questions you missed were:

has exactly one input with a name of ‘pet_name’ and an associated label with the content ‘Name’

has exactly one ‘select’ element with a name of ‘pet_type’ and an associated label with the content ‘Type’

I am very confused because both of those elements are present in the HTML code and appear when viewing the webpage. I will attach a screenshot and would greatly appreciate any advice on what to examine to fix this problem.

Hey there! This is a very simple fix. The “id” attribute in the input is what the “for” attribute in a label is associating with. Therefore they have to have the same exact values. Looks like you capitalized your “for” value, but not your “id” value.
