# Git assessment errors

I just submitted my git assessment and I didn’t pass. I’m not sure what I did wrong or how to correct it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!!

he questions you missed were:
Git branch: drawings
fatal: ambiguous argument ‘student/drawings’: unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use ‘–’ to separate paths from revisions, like this:
‘git […] – […]’
Git branch: master
fatal: ambiguous argument ‘student/master’: unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use ‘–’ to separate paths from revisions, like this:

Git branch: pictures
fatal: ambiguous argument ‘student/pictures’: unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use ‘–’ to separate paths from revisions, like this:
‘git […] – […]’
Git branch: together
fatal: ambiguous argument ‘student/together’: unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use ‘–’ to separate paths from revisions, like this:

What exactly were the steps you took to go through all of those branches? Did you make sure to stay in the appropriate directories when you created each one?
