Financial situation changed, please help

I have not been using the mentorship I am paying for and when I try to go to cancel it, it tries to authorize an OAUTH towards a slack channel COMPLETELY unrelated to the app academy mentorship program. I would really like to be able to stop paying for this. If there is a simple account setting to do this, I can’t find it. “My profile” on the curriculum page doesn’t actually let you do anything beyond see your progress and logout.

I would appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction.

That sounds frustrating.
I would recommend, in the following order:

  1. email your admissions specialist or if you don’t have one.
  2. reach out by private message to Jeff or another staff member via the paid mentorship channel and see if someone there can help
  3. report an issue to our automated ticketing system here:
