Failed HTML/CSS assessment on first attempt

Hey I got
" Unfortunately you did not receive a passing score on your latest assessment.

The questions you missed were:
has a 'button' element which contains the exact text "Create new pet"has a 'form' element that is 600px when the window is wider than 600px"
On my first attempt, I had the text “Create new Pet”
The P was capital in my original submission could that have just been the problem? or is there something else that looks wrong on my code.
Also my form does size up to 600px when the window is wider than 600px I tested it on the inspection part so I dont understand what I did wrong?

So I fixed the button part, and i put 600px instead of 400px and its still failing me. I submitted it twice now.

This is what I have it as now, i failed twice already if i submit like this should I be good?
