Accidentally submitted the incorrect file for the assessment

Hello all,

I was wondering if they ever gave attempts (fails) back for any case? I submitted my HTML and Git assessments and failed both (due to dumb mistakes on my end hehe). When resubmitting my HTML assessment, I accidentally submitted my Git file, resulting in a 0/12 score.

Immediately after, I submitted the correct file and passed. Currently I have 3/4 fails and I have yet to submit my Bolean Algebra assessment. Should I failed this first attempt at the Bolean Algebra, having that extra fail attempt I feel way safer.
